Cancellation Policy:
The Member may cancel this Agreement after the Initial Term by providing written notice to the Facility at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired cancellation date.
A cancellation fee is payable if you want to cancel your membership for your convenience in the minimum term. It is an amount equal to 50% of the balance of your membership fees for remainder of the minimum term or a sum equal to 4 weeks membership fees (whatever is the higher)
Refunds for membership fees will not be provided for any unused portion of the membership term.
